It’s been excellent experience with Shin from Sale to refund. Unfortunately my buddha got damaged during transportation but shin immediately called me and arranged refund in a day. He has been very polite and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I have asked for replacement but no stock so got full refund. He asked to keep the Buddha for no additional cost and also advised if can do paint and retain Buddha so i will see if can fix and keep it for a while. Otherwise i will place order for another.
Shin, see if can ask your folks to do keep proper packing (i see they haven’t placed thermocol/form on all the sides of packing.
Overall I am quite happy but little upset that buddha was broken .
